Update!

Hey guys so since i'm really stuck on what blog posts to do, i decided to do a 'talky find out what i'm up to' post. Also if you have any suggestions for blog posts for me to do, feel free to leave a comment, they are always taken into opinion!

So, tomorrow(20th) i'm getting up at 4am, and going to Manchester(5 hour car journey*sigh*) to go and see ONE DIRECTION! Ahh, i'm so excited you would not believe it! As a 14 year old girl i'm pretty obsessed with one direction. My friend, Sophia, and I are going to the matinee performance at the Manchester Arena(I think that's what its called) so if any of you are going there too, tweet me( @inlovewithbeau3 ) and we can arrange to meet up if you like!

Also on the 11th of May (seems so long a way, but oh well!) me and my family are going to Spain for 3 days!  I'm going to try to do follow me around type vlogs each day on my beauty channel HERE  so look out for them. If you want me to do a blog post on the items I am taking with me, then leave a comment saying so, and I will try my best to do that as well!

Recently at my school we have been doing a lot of tests *sigh* called the 'end of year nine tests' (yes i know its not the end of the year yet, but that's what they call them) so far we have done English, which i got a 7b in, as well as science, where I got 68/102 - lets just say that science isn't my strong point. Including Maths, which we have in a couple of weeks, and i'm really worried about that particular test. . .


I know it was quite a while ago, but i hope you all had an amazing Easter, I am now experiencing the side effects of eating too much chocolate. . .

I know, I know... Long time no see, firstly I have to apologize to you all for not posting in absolutely ages! Right here I should add in a really lame excuse for not posting a post ( I hope you get what I mean ) but to be honest, I really don't have one. I guess I just forgot about my blog and didn't have the motivation to sit down and write a blog post.

However, on the bright side i am going to try to keep up to date with blogging and write a post at least once a week! So i am back for good now, speak to you all soon!

Urban Decay Naked Palette- Review and swatches

 

If you haven't heard of the Urban Decay Naked Palette and seen hundreds of reviews and swatches then you have clearly been living under a rock! I'm a little late on the bandwagon, but hey ho! The palette is contains 12 neutral colours 6 from the permanent line, 5 new shades and 1 repromoted. It also comes with a good karma eyeshadow brush and a mini eyeshadow primer potion .

 

 

It is packaged in a velvety brown case which make it look sophisticated but which in reality does also gather quite a bit of dust. I think it is a little more grown up than many of the other palettes Urban Decay released.

 

Unlike many of the other Urban Decay palettes this one is actually wearable. The price you pay is extremely cheap for so many colours and especially as they are of such high quality. All the shades are smooth and pigmented. Unlike most of Urban Decay’s other palettes it also includes two matte shades which I think are great for a more natural look.
 

This palette is fantastic if you want a basic neutral palette, if you travel a lot and if you like shimmery finish on eye shadows.

Boots 75% off sale!♥

So on Wednesday If you live in then you  UK probably will know that it was the Boots 75% off sale. If you didn't know about it then, It is basically a huge sale where boots reduces all of their Christmas sets by 75% It is always so busy, and you have to get there really early to get anything good. So I picked up a few items, and thought I'd share them with you!

Snow day!♥

Hello girlies, if you live in England I'm sure you already know but.. IT SNOWED! I woke up this morning, checked the school website and screamed, I love snow days. Instead of lying in I decided that I would wrap up super warm and go out in the snow, even though it was only 7.30am! I then spent a couple of hours in the snow outside my house before I got too cold and decided to come back in to my lovely warm house with a mug of hot chocolate!

I will eventually do some beauty posts, I just love sharing chunks of my day with you all, mainly photos!

Wishlist: January 2013 ❥

Hello everybody!
I'm sure you all agree, that there is a lot of nice and pretty things coming into the shops at the moment particularly H&M. I really enjoy writing little wishlists, whether I can afford the items or not, so I thought I would do one each month and share them with you.

1- Mac Powder Blush In Pink Swoon - £17.50

I have wanted this blusher for quite a while now to be honest (I'm quite a blusherholic...) I don't know why but i am always drawn to hot pink blushers. The price however is pretty steep, so this may have to stay on my wishlist although maybe I'll cave in.

 
2- Topshop Lace Overlay Flippy Dress In Apricot - £48.00

I'm not sure what it is about this dress that keeps drawing me in... Maybe it's the exquisite detail, or the contrast of blush pink and black that does it for me? I'm not too sure, but at £48.00 this dress is definitely more expensive than i would like to pay, although maybe I'll have to give in as I really do love this dress.  You can get this dress here

3- Maybelline Color Tattoo In Bad To The Bronze - $6.99

Where do I start? I completely love this colour of the highly popular maybelline color tattoos, but unfortunately this is one of the shades not accessible to us in the UK and i would only be able to get it if i bought in online from the U.S, which would be quite tricky, although that does sound tempting... You might be seeing this item in a future blog post...

MUA Pro-Brow Ultimate Eyebrow Kit

 

You may remember a long while ago when Glossybox featured the HD Brow Kit in one of their boxes and the everyone in the beauty world went crazy for it! I never had a subscription so I watched videos and read blog posts extremely envious. Since the initial fuss I've heard less and less about the product, probably due to its £20+ price tag, so I was chuffed to bits to see a high street equivalent in the MUA Brow Kit, priced at a real bargain at only £3.50!

 

 

 

 

 

 

The kit comes in one shade, which is probably the only downside. It contains 3 powders, two brow colours and a highlight plus a wax for fixing those odd unruly hairs! As a nice little extra it also contains a small double ended brow brush for application, which isn't the best but is great for on the go, a little pair of mini tweezers, and lastly abig mirror which is always handy!

 

 

 

Overall, if you fit the shade range this is a great little product to have. I just wish they'd bring out a few more colour ranges as I feel people with lighter or darker brows may have a few issues with this.
